● The minor change has increased the humidification capacity to 2.7 kg/h for small capacity and 5.2 kg/h for large capacity. It is possible to select model numbers according to the size of the room, its purpose, and any anticipated layout changes in the future. ● Since it is installed in the ceiling, it is effective for humidity management in places like stylish offices and hotels where exposure of air conditioning equipment on the ceiling is undesirable. ● The humidifier itself has a built-in fan, so there is no need to prepare a separate line fan. ● A drain pump for drainage is standardly equipped, which simplifies the consideration of drainage during design and reduces construction work. ● The operating noise during high operation is quiet, at 36 dB(A) for the VIB2700 type and 38 dB(A) for the VIB5200 type, making it suitable for use in reception rooms and small meeting rooms. * This is the noise level (A characteristic) measured 1.5 meters directly below the humidifier installed in an anechoic chamber. Depending on the installation environment, it may be higher than the specified values. ● The inspection door for opening and closing during maintenance and the pre-filter outlet can be opened and closed without tools. This allows for easy removal of the humidification module and filter, which are the main maintenance tasks, despite the humidifier being installed in the ceiling, due to the simplification of procedures.

Model change starting from autumn 2016! The benefits of space-saving through thin, compact, and lightweight design for air conditioning unit integration.

In recent years, evaporative humidifiers for air conditioning units have been required to be space-saving and have high saturation efficiency, while improving the workability of installation and maintenance has been a challenge. Our company has been making improvements to address these issues, and we have undergone a model change in the fall of 2016. In this model change, we adopted a new material for the humidification module (humidifying material). This has allowed us to achieve a thinner design, with saturation efficiency now capable of reaching up to 86% in standard specifications. Additionally, a new design for the resin water supply unit has significantly reduced size and weight. Furthermore, by reviewing the structure of the water supply system, we have simplified on-site installation and maintenance tasks. All of these enhancements aim to enrich the functionality of integration into air conditioning units and improve user convenience.
